Wednesday Night Bible Study
The weekly Bible Study is held each Wednesday night at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall in the basement of the main building.
Choir Practice
Regular choir practice is held every Wednesday evening at 5:00 p.m. Practice continues for the Easter cantata.
Sunday School
Sunday School at Oak St. Baptist Church
begins every Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
We will be meeting in the church Fellowship Hall
in the basement of the main building.
This Sunday’s adult lesson is from Matthew 27: 28– 31; 45- 50; 54,
titled “Death Like No Other”.
Children are welcome— we have a class for them too! Jane Love, teacher.
Worship Service Recording on DVD
The worship services are now being recorded on DVD. The DVD's for individual services are going to be sold for $2.00 each which will cover the cost of the DVD and allow us to provide them as a free ministry to our shut-ins. Any profit will be used to keep the system updated.
Recordings are available from the March 15th service onward.
FUTURE PLANNING
Sanctuary Remodel
We are presently remodeling and enlarging our sanctuary to better serve our growing congregation. The project is scheduled for completion Sunday, September 4. We invite you to come and see the changes that have been made for your comfort.
